Hello Chadi bazzi! I just wanted to drop a note and let you know that your method really works! This afternoon I was dealilng with a tought negotiation situation on the phone, and as I began to mirror the other person's tone/speed and even some of his vocavolaries, we connected and build rapport with each other right away. I got back into to Real Estate in January with no active listings and no active buyers. Since then I have over 60K in a closed income 10 Pending sales, 4 active listings, and 5 signed listings contracts. When I started with Chadi last August I had only sold one home in 2012. Within 90 days of working him, I secrured a listing and had it sold. Within 6 months of working with Chadi I was on my way to closing 6 deals and hitting my annuals goal well before the year was up. Chadi due to the NLP stragies I have taken 6 listings in the past month and 3 of them are under contract. As a result of this class i had the largest mont I've ever had. I sold 3 homes and listed 1 in 1 month. Now I am working with 10 clients and one of them works for Google.
