  4. Write in your daily journal (The three things that made you happy yesterday, Three things you are grateful for, Your three personal goals, and on the rest of the journal page your income goal for the year)
  5. Do some form of a visualisation
  6. Read, read, read!!!!
  7. Listen to something positive
  8. Do something positive for your body
