Gabriel got into real estate because he wanted to work less and make more money just like most people who enter into this business.
He pretty much knocked out the make more money part out of the park however the work less part became the work way more part and that was a no/no for him and had to really re-think and re-strategize his business so he can enjoy more free time with his family.
