80: Make March Madness Your Best Month Ever!
What month is it?! It is March Madness! In our industry this is when you go all in and make it your best month ever. What is it that you have to start or stop doing to pass your best previous months? Do you know what numbers you should be focusing on? Are you asking yourself the correct questions? Watch this episode to find out what March Madness is all about.

Guess what? Its the last day of February, meaning tomorrow is March 1st. What begins on March 1st?
Well for us in the Real estate world, we like to say MARCH MADNESS. Yes, March madness, so one of the things I do every single year in talking to my clients is, I don’t care if you are ahead of your game, behind, I don’t care if you are on track to reach your goals, it doesn’t matter right now.
What I want you to do is run with March Madness, going all out making it your best month ever. So the challenge is on, here is what the challenege is.
1) What is the most amount of listings you have ever taken in a month? What is that number? I don’t care when it happened, could have been last month or 10 years ago, what is the most you have taken in a month?
Whatever that number is, add atleast 1 to that number, I want this month to be your best listings taken.
2) What is the most amount of escrows you have opened in a month? I want this month to be your best month ever. So whatever that number is, just add 1 more to it.
3) What is the most amount of appointments you have gone on? Add one more to it.
4) What is the most amount of leads that you have gotten, add one more to it.
Whatever it is, lets make this month your best month ever. See the thing is I don’t want you to always be in the mindset of let me repeat. We don’t want to repeat, thats called complacency.
Look if you are going to work anyways, might as well work in a way where you can bring the most amount of results, in the same amount of time.
Better yet, if you can do it in less time, that is even better. So March Madness is on.
So again to repeat, this is what you need to focus on.
– What is the most amount of listings you have taken in a month?
– What is the most amount of sales you have done in a month?
– What is the most amount of leads?
– What is the most amount of appointments you have gone on?
So basically, this is a do whatever it takes kind of month. With that said, what are some of thing you need to start or stop doing? That is something to really take a look at in order for you to up your game and reach each of your goals.
Do you need to wake up a little earlier?
Do you need to make more calls?
Do you need to reach out and talk to your database?
