Hey there, it’s Chadi Bazzi here and welcome to another Real Estate Success Mastery TV episode and basically what I want to talk about you today is look, we just finished the first month of 2015. I want to remind you that going into 2015, people were excited, they had a new set of goals, ideas, plans, a new set of everything that they said they were going to do.

Well this is reality check number one, so lets give you a reality check. What I want you to do is, pull that plan of yours out, guage yourself, where are you at right now in realtionship, to where you should be, based on your business plan. Are you ahead? If you are, congratulations, keep up the good work, don’t slow down.

Are you on track? My advice for you is to be ahead of track because we cannot foresee the future and we have to be prepared for it.

If you are off track, ask yourself the question, “What happened?” “What got in the way?” Better yet, “What did I allow to get in the way?” By now you should have worked a certain number of days, how many days did you say you wanted to work in January?
How many hours did you say you were going to prospect?
How many contacts did you make a commitment to make?
How many appointments did you want to set?
How many appointments did you want to go on?
How many listings did you want to take?
How many did you want to sell?
How many buyer sales did you say you wanted to make?
How much money did you make?

Make a list next to these questions comparing what you actually did. For example I made a goal to work 20 days in January, I only worked 18. What happened? What got in the way? It is very important to know, what got in the way now because it may get in the way again and again. It is important to pin point what got in the way and also find a solution so that it doesn’t happen in the future.

Same thing goes for the rest of the questions you should ask yourself, figure out the “Why.” After you figure out all the numbers, I want you to rewind and set new goals for this month of February. How many days do you want to work, how many people are you going to speak to, how many appointments are you going to set and actually go on, etc. Commit to them, again commit to them, then do you darnest best to follow that plan of action in order to hit every single one of those numbers.

Then I want you to ask yourself, “Who do I need to be, in order to be the person who can, and will reach all those goals.” If someone else can do it, you can do it, I want you to kill it in February, so that when you recap at the end of February, you can say, I planned it and I did it.

See you in the next episode, take care.
