77: Three Tips on How to Become a Top Listing Agent

Welcome to another episode of Real Estate Success Mastery TV, just wanted to do this quick video. I just got off the phone with one of my coaching clients who has already taken 18 listings in the month of January. I was about to go into a meeting to speak to a select group of very committed real estate professionals and I had a conversation in mind of what I wanted to speak to them about which revolved around how to become a Top Listing Agent. I asked him, “Im about to go into a meeting right now, you’ve taken 18 listings this month, what is the one, two, or three things that I should share with this group so that they can go out there and become a top listing agent?”
So here’s what he said, “Chadi, you tell them the following,”
#1 Bulletproof Schedule,
They need to have a bulletproof schedule, meaning they got to know what it is that they need to do, schedule it, and actually do it when it is supposed to get done.
#2 Focus,
They got to have a laser focused mentality during their prospecting. Allowing yourself not to get distracted will have you being more consistent with your results as well as faster output in finishing what you have on your schedule
#3 Fight for the Appointment,
You got to fight for the appointment, fight for the contract, in essence, you’ve got to up your skill set in order to convert your leads to appointments, appointments into contracts, contracts into actual commission checks.
