Can a word have so much power that it can literally impact how much of your goals you achieve?

The answer is a Big YES:

That is why for this year I want you to choose 1 to 3 words that you are going to live by this year. Words that describe who you are and who you are wanting to become without having to explain it to anyone, in other words what words describe your true core values.

I have chosen three words to lead me into my most powerful year of my life.

1. Connection

2. Health

3. Family

To clarify the importance of doing this I am going to explain my words.

Connection … The connection between, me, myself and I fist. Then the connection between me and you.

Health … To be in the best shape of my life this year.

Family … To spend more time with my wife and children, to be a 100% present and have lots of fun and create more memories.
